Stay safe & healthy at home. Conveniently access classes from anywhere around the world. All classes are live streamed (not pre-recorded), and our teachers and trainers give feedback and corrections, to help you consistently improve your workouts and yoga practice.

Join us for Wellness Wednesday – each week at 11 am PST/2 pm EST
Every Wednesday, one of Innergy’s yoga teachers or Fitness on the Go’s fitness instructors will lead a 30 minute talk on a topic such as essential oils, nutrition, EFT, reiki, breathing, meditation, fitness tips & more. This will be a talk format – no movement.
That week’s topic will be announced on our Facebook page each week.
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
GENERAL
Can I join if I’ve never done yoga or exercised before?
Yes! We welcome everyone, even absolute beginners. We offer plenty of levels and options in all of our classes, accommodating those new to yoga or fitness as well as more experienced individuals.
Are these pre-recorded videos?
No. All of our yoga & fitness classes are live streamed via Zoom, meaning the teacher can see and hear you, and you can see and hear them. This allows our teachers and trainers to give you real time feedback, encouragement and adjustments, so you can consistently improve your form & alignment.
What if I don’t want to have my video or audio on?
You will have the option to have your video and audio either on or off.
Can I join from anywhere in the world?
You can, but because our teachers and trainers are in Canada & the USA, our classes will take place at times that are most suitable for anyone living in North America.
What if I’m feeling unwell?
Listen to your body, but we do not recommend exercising when you are feeling unwell. Rest, get better, and we’ll see you again soon.
What languages are your classes in?
At this time, all of our classes are in English.
Is there a limit to how many people can join one class?
Yes, at this time there is a limit of 100 people per class. When we start approaching these class size limits, we will add additional classes to accommodate everyone.
What if I have background noise in a class, like a dog or baby?
No problem! You can easily mute your microphone if you have background noise that might be distracting to others.
Is it ok for kids to participate in these classes?
Absolutely! Kids of all ages are welcome to join in. Depending on their age, they may not complete the whole class, so we recommend letting them come and go as they please. For younger children, you might like to have play ideas nearby for them, such as coloring books/crayons, dolls, etc.
Who shouldn’t participate in these classes?
These classes are not recommended for anyone who needs assistance to get up and down from the floor. If you have an underlying health condition, we recommend speaking with your physician before starting any new fitness or yoga program.
Do you take suggestions for class types, day and time?

REQUIREMENTS
What kind of technology do I need to do these classes?
You just need a wi-fi connection and your device (computer, ipad, phone, etc).
Do I need any equipment?
You will need a yoga mat for all yoga and some fitness classes. For meditation, you will need a comfortable place to sit (floor, yoga mat, chair, cushion, etc.) For yoga, you may also wish to have a blanket or some cushions from your couch nearby. If you have yoga props (blocks, etc), feel free to have those handy as well.
What kind of space do I need in my house for these classes?
Just enough room for your yoga mat and a bit of space to stretch and move your body. Be mindful of things around you, like a lamp you could knock over or a low ceiling you could bump your head on.
PRICING/MEMBERSHIP
What kind of classes are included with my membership?
We have yoga & meditation classes, fitness classes (boot camp, HIIT, etc) as well as family yoga and fitness – great for those days you’re home with your younger ones. We’re also offering a 30 minute Wellness Wednesday “health talk” every Wednesday at 1030 am PST/130 pm EST (starting April 1st).
What is the cost?
We’re offering a 7 day free trial. After that we’re offering a sliding scale of price options for unlimited classes that range from $39-$59/month.
Do you have flexible payment options?
We do! We are offering three monthly payment options at this time – no commitment, three months & six months.
What if I do the 7 day free trial but decide not to sign up for a paid option?
If you choose not to continue, we won’t have your payment information and you simply won’t be charged anything.
What if I sign up for a paid membership, but then need to cancel?
No problem. Just email us at info@innergycorporateyoga.com with any changes. Your purchase will be pro-rated.
Can I share one account with someone else in my family?
Yes, anyone living in the same family household (children, spouse, etc) may share one account.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard & American Express
What currency will my paid membership be in?
As we are a Canadian company, all payments will be in CDN currency.
