Classes are available both in person at any of our locations or virtually.
YOGA |

All Levels Hatha Yoga Our most popular class A combination of asanas (physical postures), breathing techniques and meditation. Participants will become stronger, more flexible and will feel relaxed at the end of each class. Class level can range from very beginner to advanced. |

Chair Yoga A great solution for staff who are too busy or tight on space to participate in a traditional Corporate Yoga class with mats. Highly effective at helping employees recharge their batteries for the remainder of the day, or deeply release stress at the end of the day. |
||
Vinyasa Yoga A highly energized and fast-paced flow of yoga. Vinyasa Yoga is challenging and invigorating. You will strengthen every muscle in your body as you work up a sweat, vigorously heat the body, and move quickly through each posture. All participants should be somewhat physically fit before beginning this class. |

Yin Yoga This style of yoga is more passive than most and uses gravity to allow students to descend more deeply into their practice. Yin Yoga targets connective tissue, such as ligaments, bones and joints, more so than in a more active style of yoga. Poses are held anywhere from 1-20 minutes. Participants usually report that this style of yoga is much more difficult than they anticipated. Please Note: Yin Yoga requires the use of props. Students will need to bring a thick folded blanket to class with them. |

Kundalini Yoga This ancient yoga practice focuses on breath and asana (physical postures), along with chanting, meditation & breathing. A spiritual practice as well as a physical workout. |

MINDFULNESS |

Meditation This instructor-led class will relax the body and calm the mind. Meditation has been shown to increase quality of life, lower blood pressure and cholesterol, reduce stress, enhance sleep quality, improve problem-solving skills and much more. Suitable for all levels. |

Pranayama
This practice of breath regulation involves breathing exercises that follow specific patterns. Pranayama can be practiced on its’ own, or along with asanas (physical postures) & meditation. Helps boost energy, immune function & vitality. |

FITNESS |

Pilates A low-impact blend of yoga, ballet and other forms of fitness, pilates focuses on the core muscles – the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. Through the use of correct form, proper breathing and mental focus, participants will become more flexible & improve posture. They’ll also lengthen the spine and strengthen the whole body, especially the back and core abdominal muscles. |

HIIT This High Intensity Interval Training class alternates short periods of intense anaerobic activity with less intense recovery periods. HIIT is very effective at burning calories & fat, and no equipment is required. |

Bootcamp
This intense military style workout includes a mix of aerobic activities & strength training as well as speed elements. Burn calories, get fit & have fun! |

Zumba Zumba is the perfect workplace fitness program that is accessible to everyone, regardless of gender, age or athletic ability. This exercise program combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training – alternating fast and slow rhythms – and resistance training. Plus it’s the most fun you’ll ever have with co-workers! |
