Mindfulness Classes

Corporate Yoga is our signature office wellness class; it most closely resembles All Levels Hatha Yoga.

We also offer classes in Meditation, Chair Yoga & Pranayama (breathwork).

Consider adding some variety to your office wellness programming with one of these unique classes.

We’ll come onsite to your office if you’re in one of these cities, OR we can meet your group virtually online.

Classes are all levels and the only equipment everyone will need is a yoga mat.

Fitness Classes

Our office fitness classes include HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Bootcamp, Cardio Core, Pilates, Zumba & more.

If you have equipment like weights, bands or spin bikes, we can incorporate these into your classes.

Otherwise, our classes require no equipment except for a yoga mat.

Our corporate fitness classes are for all levels –  even beginners, and are 45-60 minutes in length.
