If you have someone who is emotionally unstable or that has recently gone through trauma of some kind and then they are forced into a yoga class, it could flip an emotional switch that perhaps this person isn&#8217;t ready to deal with.<\/p>\n<p>Other reasons to not force staff to do yoga might include being uncomfortable being so intimate with co-workers, embarrassing digestive issues or just not having any interest in yoga.<\/p>\n<p>Now all that being said, the benefits of a <a href=\"https:\/\/innergycorporateyoga.com\/staging\/services\/corporate-yoga\/\"><strong>Corporate Yoga<\/strong><\/a> program FAR FAR FAR outweigh any potential downside.
