Too busy for yoga over the holidays? Try this short 15 minute yoga routine for quick and effective results.

We recommend doing it first thing in the morning before your day gets away on you.

(1) Easy Sitting Pose (Sukhasana) – Sit quietly with eyes closed, hands on knees.
(2) Cat/Cow – On hands and knees flow with your breath, going between rounding your back and arching your back.
(3) Downward Facing Dog – From hands and knees, lift knees off the ground and push hips back.(4) Lunge Forward – Step the right foot forward, back knee comes to the ground. As you inhale, raise both arms up.
(5) Side Angle Pose
(6) Back to Down Dog, Repeat Other Side (Lunge, Side Angle)
(7) Butterfly – Seated, feet together, knees apart. On an exhale, round forward.
(8) Relaxation/Savasana – Breathe Deeply for 2 minutes while lying on your back, eyes closed.
