Innergy Corporate Yoga Inc. was founded in 2004 in Vancouver, BC and was originally known as Pure Yoga. What began as a mobile yoga studio eventually evolved into a company that specialized in offering Corporate Yoga classes to businesses. We started with just one teacher and quickly grew to more than 30 in the first 3 years. In 2011, we were a finalist in Small Business BC’s Successful You contest, as a nominee for Best Company in BC. By 2015 we had served over 4000 clients.
Innergy is a combination of the words “inner” and “energy”, and is a concept based on the sanskrit word often heard in a yoga class: “Prana”, which means “vital life force”.
Our Corporate Yoga classes allow busy employees to increase this internal energy field within themselves, which results in more energy and reduced stress, ultimately leading to optimal health and an illness-free body.
The benefits of our classes to the companies who host them are improved productivity, reduced employee turnover, lowered health care costs and more.
Our clients include everything from health food companies to software businesses to production facilities, to name a few.
In 2013, we launched our Yoga Teacher program across Canada and the United States, helping yoga teachers to be entrepreneurs and build successful businesses. We also launched our Franchise opportunity in the same year.

In 2013 Innergy began offering a Yoga Teacher program across Canada. This professional program is designed to fast track yoga teachers into a full-time career teaching Corporate and Private Yoga to stressed out employees and individuals, with the income to match.
Also in 2013, Lynn helped Innergy to launch a franchise system, offering a unique business opportunity to health-minded, entrepreneurial individuals. Franchise owners recruit yoga teachers, manage their team and coach them to success.
